Please cancel your appointment online at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service and No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the service. 

In the case of new clients, it would be best to arrive 10-15 minutes early for time to fill out your intake forms. For my regular clients, I ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service and I cannot make exceptions as this can can impact the session of another client. 

A $25 deposit is required for all services. The remaining balance will be due at the time of service. 

Respect goes both ways. Any form of inappropriate or sexual remarks, gestures, or advances will result in the immediate termination of the massage session and the client will still be responsible for the full payment of the session.
